The check runs on your real data and comes back as a Dcycle report designed to be read, not decoded: a health score at the top, one tab per check block, and a plain-language note on every finding telling you what to do about it. No raw tables in a language half your team does not speak, which is what made the old version hard to share internally.
Every past run is saved and listed, and each report opens inside the platform with no download. You can go back to any previous check, see what you fixed and what you decided to leave, and hand the same view to whoever picks the project up next year.
When a data point genuinely does not exist, mark it as unavailable during the pre-audit and say why. That justification now flows automatically into the editable report, in its own table at the end of the document, for the facilities and organisations the project covers. Click update and the report picks up the latest version, so nobody copies context between exports or forgets why a figure is missing.
Every figure traces back to the source file it came from, you can export every emission factor used for a date range, and your verifier gets a guided path through the data in reader mode: traceability, emission factors, Scope 2 location and market based, Scope 3, base year, reports and sampling. Dcycle's OCR also reads certification and policy PDFs and files the extracted data where the evidence is expected.
