UK SECR · annual report Scope 1 and 2 emissions and energy use in your annual report, calculated with the UK government conversion factors. Drag in your electricity, gas, water or fuel PDFs and Leia extracts the period, quantity and amount. Each invoice shows its confidence level, field by field, and the PDF is stored as evidence next to the data.

How do you get supplier data for Scope 3?
Dcycle ships with a built-in supplier engagement module. You send data collection campaigns to your suppliers with a personalized link, they upload their primary emissions in a simple form, and the platform consolidates everything automatically. When a supplier does not reply or has no primary data, our AI applies the sector average factor with a clear data quality flag, so your auditor always knows what is primary and what is estimated.
How long does implementation actually take?
1 to 2 weeks to get your first full corporate footprint (Scope 1, 2 and 3) with real data. It depends on the volume of sources you connect, not on the size of your company. The Dcycle team walks you through the integrations (ERP, accounting, fleets, travel) and the first close validation. No 6-month consulting projects, no intermediate spreadsheets.
What if the auditor asks for full traceability?
Every data point in Dcycle keeps its origin: the source invoice or document, the emission factor applied (with version and database date), and who validated it and when. Which frameworks and standards are supported?
GHG Protocol (Corporate Standard and Scope 3 Standard), ISO 14064-1, CDP, SBTi, CSRD/ESRS E1, TCFD and CBAM. The same activity data feeds every report: you do not redo the work for each regulation. Switch frameworks and the system regenerates the report with the required conversions.
Where is data stored and what security guarantees do you offer?
Data hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). GDPR compliant, with ISO 27001 and TÜV Rheinland certifications. Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logs and optional enterprise SSO. We do not train AI models on customer data.
