Voluntary Standard reporting is now live in Dcycle

Companies outside the CSRD scope can now prepare a simplified sustainability report (the Voluntary Standard) directly in Dcycle, meeting the exact requests banks, investors and large customers make to their supply chain.

A new project for companies outside CSRD scope

Dcycle now supports the Voluntary Standard (VS), a simplified version of the CSRD report designed for companies that fall outside the CSRD’s mandatory scope. Banks, investors and large customers increasingly ask their suppliers for exactly this type of report, since the full CSRD is too heavy a requirement for smaller players. The Voluntary Standard sets the limit on how much information these larger companies can request from their supply chain.

How it works

The Voluntary Standard project works the same way as CSRD reporting in Dcycle, minus double materiality:

  • Leia drafts answers directly from your own documents, with citations to the source and to the relevant regulation.
  • Automatic dashboards surface all the KPIs already available in Dcycle.
  • A ready made VSME report is generated, fully editable and exportable to Word or PDF.

This makes it straightforward for companies out of CSRD scope, and for large companies looking to streamline supplier reporting, to produce a credible sustainability report without the full weight of CSRD.
