Build workforce pivot tables faster with a new consolidated Social category

Building reports with workforce data is now faster and more reliable, with all social categories unified and totals that always reconcile.

New consolidated Social category

All workforce and social categories, trainings, work accidents, absenteeism, layoffs, new hires, contracts and payroll, are now unified into a single Social option in the pivot table builder. This makes it easier to build pivot tables on workforce data for your reports without jumping between separate categories.

New metrics grouped by topic

The Social category now includes new metrics grouped by topic:

  • Employees trained and average training hours per employee
  • Turnover rates (voluntary, involuntary and total) and departure breakdowns
  • Accident frequency and severity rates, plus occupational diseases
  • Median remuneration and the highest to median pay ratio

Totals now add up correctly across all of these, so the numbers you see in a breakdown always reconcile with the overall figures.
