A more precise way to match purchases
When uploading purchases, you can now choose to match emission factors by description instead of only by supplier. This new option uses an AI model to read what was actually purchased, similar to how waste classification already works in Dcycle, and finds a more precise emission factor than relying on the supplier name alone.
Each match comes with a confidence value, so you can quickly see how reliable the suggested emission factor is and review the ones that need a closer look.
Recalculate existing purchases
You do not need to re-upload anything to benefit from this. You can recalculate your existing purchases using this new matching method directly from your account, updating your emission factors without external lookups.
