Uploading data for a group of companies used to mean separate files per organization. That’s no longer the case for most categories.
What changed
The Excel Data Importer now supports multi-org uploads for 14 more categories, including business travels, employees, vehicles, wastes, trainings, accidents and absenteeism, and facility consumption (electricity, combustion, water, recharges and wastes). You can upload data for a whole holding and its subsidiaries in one file, wherever the Data Importer feature flag is enabled for that category.
Why it matters
Dependent fields such as facilities, employees and vehicle plates are validated against the row’s own organization, and duplicate, overlap and contract checks are scoped per organization, so a single upload keeps every subsidiary’s data clean and correctly assigned.
