Assign data owners to your facilities

Assign a specific person, like a plant manager, as the owner of a facility's data so tasks go straight to them instead of chasing people by email.

Set a data owner for each facility

You can now define who owns specific data at a facility level, for example electricity, heat, waste and water for a given plant. All data owners live in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and email threads.

What changes in your workflow

When a new project is created, tasks are automatically assigned to the data owner of each facility instead of the project owner. Data owners can upload their data directly from the task, and the task status moves to in progress as soon as data comes in. This is aimed at teams that rely on collaborators, such as plant managers, to provide specific data, rather than small teams that handle collection and reporting entirely on their own.
