What’s new
Purchases usually make up the biggest share of a company’s footprint, but that data has lived in supplier PDFs that someone had to type into Excel line by line. Now you can drop a batch of supplier invoices, as PDFs or photos, straight into Dcycle.
Leia reads every line of each invoice and turns each product into a purchase. You can check her work side by side with the original invoice, then confirm the data to calculate emissions. If the lines don’t add up to the invoice total, Leia flags it so nothing slips through.
Why it matters
Hours of manual typing become minutes of checking. Emissions are calculated based on what was actually bought, not just who sold it, giving a more accurate picture of your purchases footprint.
