What is included
Dcycle now features a dedicated Management Systems module built for organizations working with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications. This module lets you centralize risk management, opportunity tracking, nonconformity handling, and corrective action plans in one place, fully integrated with the rest of your sustainability data.
The module includes four core registers that cover the full management cycle:
- Risk and opportunity register with probability and impact levels
- Nonconformity register with type and severity classification
- Action plan for corrective, preventive, and improvement actions with deadline tracking
- Interactive dashboard with visual indicators and a risk matrix
How it works
To get started, create an ISO 14001 or ISO 9001 project from the projects section. Once the project is set up, you will find the new sections in the sidebar navigation: Dashboard, Risks and opportunities, Nonconformities, and Action plan.
The dashboard gives you a quick overview of your management system status: total identified risks, open nonconformities, pending actions, and overdue actions. The probability and impact matrix lets you visualize your risk distribution and filter by status.
Each register allows you to create, edit, and delete items, assign responsibility to team members, and copy direct links to share specific items with colleagues.
Additionally, the Data section now includes an organization-level Risk Matrix where you can manage cross-cutting risks and opportunities and link them to one or more ISO projects.
